Master's Academic Committee

The Master's Academic Committee is the professional body for coordination and management of the Energy Engineering Master's. Its competences include, among others:

  • Develop and process the Master's proposal.
  • Manage the admission of students (which includes determining the selection criteria).
  • Perform assessments of received applications.
  • Perform the assessment of credits that are subject to recognition.
  • Set the curricular itinerary and personalised enrolment plans based on the result of the recognition of credits.
  • Monitor the entry and academic performance of the students.
  • Prepare proposals for collaboration of professionals who are not members of the PDI.
  • Organise their own mechanisms for monitoring and improving the studies.
  • Manage information and public communication of the Master's.
  • Be accountable to the competent bodies of the promoting entities, which must inform the Governing Council or directly to the Governing Council, if these entities so determined.
