Accredited Documentation of Financial Aid
There are certain conditions that can affect your registration: grants for studies, discounts or exemptions. In the case that one of these applies to you, you have to deliver specific documentation to Academic Management at the EUETIB before formalising your registration.

(4) SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) came into operation 28 February 2015. Therefore, starting from the 2015/2016 academic year, to make direct debit payments, installments or refunds if necessary, it is essential to give the University a mandate signed by the account holder and the student.
Students enroled in previous courses may download the form via e-Secretaria. The SEPA Order submitted will be in effect throughout the duration of the studies. Only in case of change of number or account holder will the student be required to resubmit it.

Documentation Required
- Large Family:

Original and photocopy of valid degree. This document is delivered for the first time and does not have to be submitted again until, once expired, it's renewed.
Large families of general category that submit a degree that does not state the number of children must attach a certificate issued by the Department of Social Welfare that certifies the number of children in the household. This certificate is issued free of charge.
- Honours in Bachelor/COU (University Orientation Course)/University:

- Olympic Awards in the Field of Knowledge, Recognised by the University:

Supporting document.
- People with a Minimum Degree of Disability of 33%:

Submission of the corresponding administrative decision and, in the case of the spouse and children, you must also attach the family book.

Documentation Required
- To request the recognition of Spanish studies credits:

- Personal academic certificate (original or certified copy).
- Curricula and syllabi of the courses published by the corresponding institution.
- Receipt of payment of the application study fee of validation or adaptation.
- To request the recognition of foreign studies credits:

- Official title or accredited official certificate.
- Personal academic certificate (original or certified copy).

All of these documents must be official, original, issued by the competent authorities, and be legalised through diplomatic channels (visas by the Spanish consulate in the foreign country, and subsequently by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Madrid), except documents issued by the European Union, which do not need to be legalised, and those issued in the signatory states of the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961, which require only the corresponding Apostille (abbreviated legislation) by the competent authorities of the country.
Regarding documents issued in the signatory countries of the Andrés Bello Convention, adopted in 1970 and amended in November 1990, can be legalised through diplomatic channels eliminating the legalisation process by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Madrid. Additionally, all documents must be accompanied by their translation into Spanish or Catalan. When the copies are certified and legalised by the diplomatic or consular representation in Spain of the country of the applicant, they do not need to be accompanied by the original documents.
All documents issued abroad must be accompanied by an official translation into Spanish or Catalan. The official translation can be done:
- Through a sworn translator, who must have the corresponding authorisation or must be registered in Spain.
- By any diplomatic or consular representation of Spain abroad.
- Through diplomatic or consular representation in Spain of the country of citizenship of the person making the request or the country where the document comes from.
- By official translator abroad, whose signature is duly legalised.
When the copies are certified and legalised by the diplomatic or consular representation in Spain of the country of the applicant, they do not need to be accompanied by the original documents.
- Certified copy of the document proving the identity and nationality of the applicant, issued by the competent authorities of the country of origin or provenance or by the competent Spanish authorities in immigration matters. In the case of Spanish citizens, a copy of DNI is obligatory.
- Receipt of payment of the application study fee of validation or adaptation.
- To request the recognition of credits obtained in unofficial university studies (own degrees):
-
- Application.
- Official title or accredited official certificate.
- Personal academic certificate.
- Curricula and syllabi of the courses published by the corresponding institution.
- Certified copy of the document proving the identity and nationality of the applicant, issued by the competent authorities of the country of origin or provenance or by the competent Spanish authorities in immigration matters. In the case of Spanish citizens, a copy of DNI is obligatory.
- To request the recognition of credits for work or professional experience:
-
- Application.
- Employment contract.
- Working life certificate issued by the updated Social Security Treasury (maximum 15 days before the deadline for applications).
- Document issued by the company that certifies the tasks carried out by the person concerned and the period in which it was completed.
- In the event that the student himself is responsible for the company, certification of self-employment must be provided.
Recognition of Competence of Third Language

Documentation Required
- Application.
- Certificate of level B2.2 or higher. This certificate can be obtained by passing a course or by passing a specific test. In both cases a certificate must be included in the table of recognition of languages of the UPC.
- Transcript/academic record of undergraduate degree (only graduates from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia).
Internships

(5) As of 15 July, contracts will not be processed that should take effect during the months of July, August and the first week of September.

(7) After a month of finishing the internship without having submitted the report of the company and the application of evaluation of the internship to Academic Management, it will appear as “Not Presented”.
